种子做好了.怎么让他上传啊?

我按教学把种子做好了..但怎么把他上传到本网站啊?他一直显示不出来上传..教学上说..把种子发布到本网站就行了.杂发布啊?

我知道啊。。可是为什么我传上来后。。种子打开以后不下载影片呢？我的种子也不提示正在上传。是杂回事。。我的种子就是搞照教程做的啊。
