你的问题我也遇到过，个人感觉是因为服务器访问量忒大被限制或者论坛自动更新数据造成问题.用代理只是保证小安全,如果有人死命追查你,用什么估计都不会起作用.呵呵,别紧张.这么多人在上,盯你的可能性不是很大.
我在用WEB代理，比较省事.缺点是发表完主题或回复后得自己点击转换,不能自动转换。给你个地址http://www.2012.ws/index.php.我用速度不错,看你运气吧.
