据了解，目前我国没有批准性保健品类的食品。我国《食品卫生法》规定，凡标明具有特定保健功能的食品，必须由国家卫生部审查批准。在卫生部审定认可的保健食品27种功能中，并没有“改善性功能”这一项。至今国家卫生部门未批准过任何一种具有性保健功能的食品。
